These terms govern your use of www.dgraphy.com, the website of Dgraphy, the photography studio of Dimitra Papademetriou in Limassol, Cyprus. By using the website you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

You may browse the website for personal, non-commercial purposes and to find out about our services.

You must not use it in a way that breaks the law or harms the website or other people, send spam or automated requests through the contact form, or copy its content in bulk, including by scraping.

All photographs, films, texts and the Dgraphy logo on this website are protected by copyright and belong to Dgraphy · Dimitra Papademetriou, unless stated otherwise. All rights are reserved.

You may not copy, download for reuse, edit, publish, print or sell them, or use them to train artificial-intelligence systems, without our prior written permission.

You are welcome to share links to pages of this website, including on social media, where a preview of the linked image may appear.

Any other use of a photograph — in print, online, in advertising or editorially — requires a written licence. To license an image, email [email protected] with the photograph and the intended use.

The portfolio includes work created for clients. Brand names, products and trademarks shown belong to their respective owners, and their appearance does not imply endorsement.

If you appear in a photograph and would like it removed, please contact us and we will review your request promptly.

Sending the contact form or an email is an enquiry, not an order, and does not create a contract.

Every commission — photography, retouching, photo restoration or video — is agreed separately in a written quote or agreement that sets out the scope, price, delivery and usage rights. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails.

We keep the website accurate and up to date, but its content is provided for general information and may change without notice. Prices and availability are confirmed only in a written quote.

The website links to services such as Instagram, Facebook, Vimeo and 500px. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those websites; their own terms apply.

We provide the website “as is” and do not guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the website.
